
MAdelivery is a private local delivery service based in Bognor Regis, UK, providing same‑day and scheduled deliveries for residents and small businesses. We operate as an independent sole trader and are fully responsible for the safe handling of items accepted for delivery.
Local collection and delivery of small to medium parcels, shopping, documents and similar items.Same‑day and express deliveries when slots are available.Pre‑booked deliveries at agreed dates and times.We do not transport cash, illegal items, live animals, or very large/heavy furniture or building materials.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or online contact form.A price quote will be given before you confirm the booking.A booking is only confirmed once you accept the quote and receive confirmation from MAdelivery.We may refuse a booking if the item is unsafe, too heavy, or outside our service area.
Prices are based on distance, item size/weight and urgency (standard or express).Surcharges may apply for evening, weekend, or last‑minute urgent deliveries.Payment is due at or before collection, unless otherwise agreed in advance.We accept [cash / bank transfer / card / online payment link].Regular customers may use our monthly priority pass or account arrangements where agreed.
You are responsible for:Providing correct collection and delivery addresses and contact numbers.Ensuring items are properly packaged and labelled.Informing us of fragile contents, high‑value items or any special handling needs.Making sure someone is available to hand over and receive the item at the agreed time.
We aim to complete deliveries within the agreed time window.Times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures or emergencies.If we are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated time of arrival.We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost business) caused by delays.
We take reasonable care when transporting your items.You must tell us in advance if an item is fragile or of high value.If an item is lost or damaged due to our fault, our liability is limited to the lower of:the repair cost, orthe original value of the item, up to a maximum of £[X] per delivery.We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging, hidden defects, or items we advised we could not safely carry.
You can cancel or change a booking by contacting us as soon as possible.Same‑day cancellations may be charged a fee if the driver is already on the way or has arrived.If we arrive and cannot complete the delivery (no answer at address, wrong address given, etc.), a call‑out fee may be charged and a re‑delivery fee may apply
We reserve the right to refuse items that are unsafe, illegally obtained, or not suitable for our vehicle.Abusive or threatening behaviour towards the driver will not be tolerated and may result in the service being refused.
